Penile Augmentation
The American Urological Association (AUA) considers injection of fat cells for increasing penile girth (width) to be a procedure which has not been shown to be safe or effective.
The AUA also considers the cutting of the suspensory ligament of the penis for increasing penile length in adults to be a procedure that has not been shown to be safe or effective.
