New Videos to Educate Patients on Overactive Bladder (OAB)

Overactive bladder (OAB) is a condition affecting millions of people. OAB negatively impacts people's quality of life and can keep people from leaving the house and exercising. As part of the "It's Time to Talk about OAB" campaign, the Foundation has taken an active role in educating the public about overactive bladder.

The goal of this campaign is to encourage people to talk openly about overactive bladder. We want to reduce any stigma people might feel about OAB symptoms. We also hope this information encourages patients to talk openly with their health care providers about their OAB symptoms. This campaign contains information to assist primary care and other health care providers in talking to and assessing patients with OAB symptoms.

New videos have been released by the Foundation as part of this campaign. The Foundation would like to thank Lisa N. Hawes, MD, of Chesapeake Urology Associates, for her assistance in making these videos.
