The Foundation's Public Education Council will meet today during AUA's 2015 Annual Meeting. The Council acts as the Foundation's medical and science experts. They set standards for patient education.
The Council helps produce the Foundation's programs and materials for the public. These are key to helping patients understand their urological health better. The experts on our Council range from nurse practitioners to oncology social work professors. It also includes a urologist who is a prostate cancer survivor.
The Council includes these committees:
- Pediatric Health
- Prostate Health
- Bladder Health
- Reproductive & Sexual Health
- Kidney & Adrenal Health
- Technology & Publications
Visit the Council's page to view photos and profiles of each member. As they meet today in New Orleans, the Foundation would like to thank them for their hard work.
