Combination Immunotherapy for Kidney Cancer with Dr. Phillip Pierorazio

Phillip Pierorazio, MD, joins the Urology Care Podcast this week to discuss Combination Immunotherapy for Kidney Cancer. Dr. Pierorazio is an Associate Professor of Urology and Oncology in the Brady Urological Institute at Johns Hopkins University in Baltimore, Md.

Immunotherapy is a strong type of care that works with our immune systems. This type of care reaches cancer cells that have spread in the body and stop them from growing. Combination Immunotherapy helps the body's immune cells (T cells) attack more cancer cells than with one drug alone.
