A Statement on the War in Ukraine

As a global organization, the Urology Care Foundation seeks to advance humanitarian initiatives to improve patient care in populations both within and outside the United States.

War inevitably results in the denial of the rights of individuals to live in a safe and healthy environment. We reject the violence being perpetrated against Ukraine and hope for a rapid, diplomatic and peaceful outcome.

The Foundation endorses the American Urological Association’s statement on the war in Ukraine.

The Urology Care Foundation recognizes the vital work of international humanitarian organizations and encourages sending donations to UNICEF and the International Red Cross. We support all efforts to directly impact the physical and societal well-being of patients in the Ukrainian community.
